Well, I had a previous blog that I set up before, but I named it after my first 2 rats that I got: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. Long story short, the last blog I did was back on March 5th...so there's a LOT of catching up to do...
So what has happened since then...
I finished the spring semester with 3 "A's," 1 "B," and 1 "C." I'm cool with that since I still have a 3.4722 GPA.
I bought myself a laptop, just because I wanted one, and honestly, who doesn't. It has come in handy because I think it keeps me a little more organized since I have to carry around less notebooks and papers and stuff. Especially now that we got wireless in my house, it is pretty fantastic. I spent the last day watching episodes of Numb3rs in my room to keep me awake to stay up and deliver newspapers, and now I'm downstairs in the basement laying on the couch, and still have internet (which wireless tends to do). I honestly can't wait for the fall semester to come along so I can actually use my laptop for it's intended purpose: school.
Speaking of the fall semester, i'm taking 7 classes for 19 credits: Exploring the Bible, Intro to Sociology, Intro to Hospitality, Music as a World Phenomenon, Earth Science, Lifetime Fitness, and Intro to Shakespeare. Then I only have 6 credits until I get my degree, but I need 12 to be a full time student and play softball. And the best part, is that this coming spring semester is the last one here at home, until I go away to college for Culinary School.
I'm sure I'll have more exciting blogs coming up. For example, tomorrow is my first softball game as a coach. I'm actually REALLY nervous about it.
